To TOC Members, Technical Co-Chairs & Interested WRAP Stakeholders:

Attached please find a copy of the notes I compiled from the July 8th, 2004 TOC monthly call. This call was dedicated to review of the initial workplans & budgets proposed by the technical Forums and Workgroups for 2005. As can be noted, the initial Technical Workplans show a budget request between $2.5 & $2.9 million. The Policy Forums/Workgroup budget requests are not included in this figure. The WRAP's 2005 EPA Grant totals to $3.081MM, but the WGA Administrative Budget will require about $725,000, while NTEC is requesting $550,000. Thus there remains a total of around $1.8MM for contractor support within the 2005 budget. As can clearly be seen, in order to balance the budget, requests must be trimmed substantially prior to our July 20-21 Planning Team Meeting in Denver.

I appreciate your interest in WRAP activities and would encourage those of you who will participate in WRAP 2005 Planning to review the proposals carefully to determine where WRAP can best utilize its resources.
