This date we reviewed the WRAP Integrated Geospatial Information Management Strategy (WIGIMS) project, which is designed to incorporate all the WRAP Technical Information (ie/ emission inventories, modeling results, monitoring values) into a single GIS display, allowing the reviewer to evaluate all the information together as a "big picture". TOC members were not fully convinced of the efficacy of this project and a call was set up for June 7th to hear a more detailed description and costs for this project.

We also talked about the 2005 Workplan & Budget cycle, noting that the schedule is as follows:

• 6/25 Committee/Forum/Workgroup workplans due to Tom Moore and/or Lee Alter
• 7/8 Use regular monthly TOC call to review workplans submitted
• 7/20-21 Denver Planning Team Meeting for Workplan/Budget review

We then went over the status of each of the Technical Forums' activities and Budget planning efforts.
