Of interest: The hotel is only a half mile or so north of downtown Scottsdale, where there is a plethora of eating and entertain options. Thursday evening is the first evening of the annual arts festival at the Civic Center in downtown Scottsdale for those who are interested in using the other side of your brains.

Transportation

The Chaparral Suites has their own complimentary shuttle to/from the hotel. There is a bank of phones located in baggage area so you can call once you are ready to be picked up. The hotel is located 10 miles or 20 minutes from the Phoenix airport. For your return to the airport they depart every hour on the hour.
