The Strategic Planning Work Group was formed to layout a broad, five-year work plan to guide the efforts of WRAP forums and committees in developing §308 SIPs/TIPs and in revising §309 SIPs/TIPs, as well as to address EPA grant application guidance. The Work Group will present its plan to the Planninig Team and AMC in March, and to the WRAP Board in April. It will also be available for public comment.
