- MTF report
Ira Domsky gave an update on the MTF meetings on 9/13-14. Issues summarized included CEM bias, Mohave data error, allocations, Opt-in/Opt-out, market viability, averaging/compliance determination, penalties, 2013 check-in, off-ramp, new source allocation and early reductions. Ira reported that the MTF reached agreement on how to handle the most controversial issues (CEM bias and Mohave), and had resolved or was on track to resolving the remaining issues. As a result, there were no issues for the IOC to address.
- Follow-up
Pat will update the master Annex document and distribute it on Monday 9/18. On Friday 9/22 there will be a joint IOC/MTF call at 10:00 MDT if needed to discuss any comments on the final Annex that need to be brought to the WRAP at their 9/25 meeting.
