Meeting Location and Accommodations

Please reserve your room by November 25th and reference "WRAP" in order to receive the gov't rate of $115 per night. Rooms are being held for the nights of Dec. 9 and 10.

Transportation

  • A complimentary airport shuttle service to and from Jackson Airport is on a space available basis between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Individuals requesting this service should make arrangements when making their reservations. This shuttle can provide service to downtown Jackson as well.
