Meeting Summary

The intent of this meeting is to gather together interested parties for the purposes of recruiting permanent forum members and co-chairs, preparing a statement of purpose for the forum and a description of the scope of the planned forum activities. The current preliminary forum work plan will be the basis for this discussion. An agenda of future activities will also be prepared. It is expected that there will many crosscutting issues addressed by this forum in the future, so participation of several other TOC and IOC forums is expected and encouraged.

Note: Due to contruction of a new building at DRI in what was their parking lot to the west of the building, anyone planning to park a vehicle at DRI needs to use the temporary parking lot. The DRI temporary parking lot is between the DRI building construction activity and the large fire station on Flamingo. Access to this fenced gravel lot it is via the fire station driveway as directed by the signs.

- The La Quinta Inn has their own shuttle service. There is a bank of phones in the baggage claim area and their phone is marked with "Convention Center". Please call to be picked up. La Quinta is about 2 miles or 10 minutes from the airport.
