Fugitive Dust Handbook

1.0   INTRODUCTION

This chapter describes the purpose for the preparation of WRAP's fugitive dust handbook; presents a brief overview/primer on fugitive dust that includes a summary of factors affecting dust emissions; an overview of emission calculation procedures including a discussion of emission factors; and a discussion of options for controlling emissions; and summarizes the organizational structure of the handbook.
