Group Conference Call Minutes
September 1, 1999
Present: Bill Auberle, Barry Aarons, Tom
Webb, Shawn Kendall, Ursula Kramer, Rose Lee, Dan Johnson,
Jan Miller, John Leary.
Absent: Kevin Golden, Chris Shaver, Bill
Grantham, Jerry Pardilla, Al Zemsky.
Next meeting: A conference call is scheduled
for Wed Sept 8 at 9:00 AM MDT. Agenda: further review of
work plan/budget; discussion of presentation to WRAP.
WRAP meeting - the coordinating group will
have a 15 minute block of time to report at the meeting.
The information includes recent interim appointments.
Budget - There was an application by WGA
for $500,000 for interim funding for the WRAP. EPA has asked
for some additional information; Tom and John are working
on answering that request. The interim request was based
on lists of forum requests to let contracts through November,
and assumes that the contracts will be for preliminary work
and will have to be extended when full funding is available.
Changes to WRAP meeting agenda: Move the
Work Plan presentation to the 1st day, followed by forum
reports, and move Northern Air Managers and Communication
Committee reports to the 2nd day.
The packet to WRAP members will be mailed on Friday, and
will include the title page, table of contents (cleaned up),
and Section 1, with note that more material will be coming
later. Send editorial comments on Section 1 to John and Bill
Grantham by Sept 2. Shawn will send out for review the new
paragraph in 1.1 regarding strategy, and will add a list
of IOC forum deliverables in 1.2 to match the TOC list already
there.
