Over the last year, the WRAP has developed a Strategic Plan to address the air quality analysis and planning priorities of its state, tribal, and federal members. The WRAP will use the Strategic Plan to develop work plans and budgets for 2009 & 2010 that are designed to build the regional capability to support a oneatmosphere analysis and management approach for air pollution in the West.
