Depending on the status of the Senate hearings and the Administration's proposal, a presentation on these activities may be given. In the absence of specific Senate or Administration proposals, the WRAP will discuss the issues to date and identify options for a WRAP process to address Western issues in the legislation.

Discussion of State and Tribal 308/309 Decision Processes and Information Needed from the WRAP
Andy Ginsburg, IOC Co-Chair, will introduce a discussion of state and tribal processes for deciding whether to submit SIPs and TIPs under Section 308 or Section 309 of the Regional Haze Rule. This will include a discussion of information needed from the WRAP, the timing of the decisions, and the status of activities at the state and tribal level. Tables comparing requirements and issues of different approaches, which was prepared as part of the State of Arizona's process, are availble for download.
