WRAP Board Meeting, December 14-15, 2005
The WRAP Board is composed of State, Tribal, and Federal representatives, and its Co-chairs are Gov. Janet Napolitano of Arizona and Councilman Michel Kenmille of the Confederated Tribes of Salish and Kootenai. The Board works by consensus in overseeing the work of several committees and forums, which include stakeholders from all levels of government,
